- Select the Search (Tell Me) icon, enter Dimension Combinations, and open the page.
- You will see the same dimensions listed on both the rows and the columns, like a grid.
- Click the cell where two dimensions meet and choose No limitation, Limited or Blocked.
- If you chose Limited, open that cell to reach the Dimension Value Combinations page and mark the specific value pairs that are blocked. A blank cell means the pair is allowed.
- Test it: create a draft document with a blocked pair and try to post it. Business Central should stop you with a clear error message.
